What's the Process?
Short answer: From design to move-in often takes 12 months or more.
Long answer: It depends on a variety of factors, and honestly, this question is best answered during a free consultation meeting. Even if you don't build with us, this meeting might be the best hour you'll spend, learning about building and what's involved, and if building a custom home is the right choice for you.
How Long?
Most homes we design and build range between $750,000 and 2.5 million.
But, our clients set the budget, not us. Costs and budget are discussed in detail even at our free consultation meeting.
