ICF Construction
ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Forms — and if you're building in Alaska, it's worth considering.

The concept is straightforward: Instead of traditional wood framing, the walls of your home are built using interlocking foam forms that are stacked, reinforced with steel rebar, and then filled with concrete. Once cured, the foam stays in place permanently, serving as insulation on both sides of the wall.
The result is a wall system that is stronger, quieter, and more energy efficient than conventional construction — one that can withstand extreme weather, resist moisture, and hold temperature in ways traditional framing techniques can't.
If you are interested in ICF construction we would be happy to schedule a free consultation to determine if it's the best fit for your project.
